with strong skills inMazatrol
andFanuc
control systems.Experience with
Citizen Lathes
is highly desirable, and programming experience would be an advantage.Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate
CNC lathes
usingMazatrol
andFanuc
controls OperateCitizen Lathes
(preferred) to produce precision components to tight tolerances Read and interpretengineering drawings and technical documentation
accurately Performin-process and final inspections
using precision measuring instruments Adjusttooling, speeds, feeds, and offsets
to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality Carry outminor program edits
(full programming experience is beneficial but not essential) Collaborate withEngineering and Quality teams
to drive continuous improvement Maintain aclean, safe, and well-organised
work environmentAbout You
Proven experience in
CNC turning
usingMazatrol and/or Fanuc
controls Practical experience withCitizen Lathes
(strongly preferred) Ability to interpretdetailed technical and engineering drawings
Good understanding oftooling, machining principles, and cutting parameters
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work Capable of workingindependently
and as part of acollaborative team
Programming experience advantageous but not essential.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
