About the Role

We are seeking a

skilled and experienced CNC Offline Programmer

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating CNC machining programs using Mastercam, ensuring that production is cost-effective, timely, and meets the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop CNC machining programs using Mastercam. Interpret dimensions from technical drawings accurately. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production processes. Generate detailed part process documentation. Collaborate on establishing inspection criteria and addressing manufacturing issues. Recommend and implement process improvements. Work under tight deadlines to ensure timely delivery of worktops. Manage individual workload efficiently while also contributing effectively within a team. Maintain excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Keep the work area clean and maintain machinery and tools. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong proficiency in Mastercam and CAD/CAM programming.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in an engineering/ manufacturing environment. Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Commitment to maintaining a tidy and safe work area.
