CNC Operator & Mechanical Assembly

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator & Mechanical Assembly position to join our growing team based in Bromyard. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work in a very experienced and friendly environment, with the opportunity for growth as the business develops.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to produce precision components to specification.

Interpret engineering drawings and set up machines accordingly.

Use measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.

Perform assembly tasks to support production and product integration.

Maintain machine cleanliness and efficiency reporting any issues promptly.

Work collaboratively with design and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow and product quality.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Ability to operate and set up the CNC Mazatrol

Ability to use the workshop tools

Knowledge of engineering science and technology

Computer literate, MS Office

Attention to detail

Mechanical/Engineering background

Write technical reports to summarise findings

Ability to work independently and within a team

Creativity and initiation
