Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role involves fabricating components with precision and ensuring that all products meet the required specifications. The CNC Operator will work closely with other team members in a factory environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our production processes.

Duties

Operate CNC machines and other related equipment to fabricate parts according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Utilise hand tools and materials handling techniques to assist in the fabrication process. Conduct quality checks on finished products using basic maths skills to ensure compliance with standards. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve workflow efficiency. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to understand complex machinery and tooling systems. Experience in materials handling and the use of hand tools is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
