We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate CNC machinery efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the production of high-quality components, adhering to specifications and deadlines. The CNC Operator will work closely with the manufacturing and production teams and production teams to meet operational goals.
Duties
Operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Read and interpret CAD files to set up machines accurately.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience
Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proven experience with Biesse machinery is preferred however not mandatory.
Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
Familiarity with CAD software, particularly B Solid, is advantageous.
Experience with Biesse machines is beneficial.
