CNC Operator & Fabricator

to join our workshop team.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for operating CNC machinery to cut, drill, and prepare aluminium profiles, as well as assisting with fabrication and assembly. This role is key to ensuring we maintain the highest standards in quality and finish across our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to process aluminium profiles accurately to spec. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and job orders. Assemble and prepare window and door frames using cutting, drilling, and fastening techniques. Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet required standards and tolerances. Assist with packaging, labelling, and workshop organisation. Maintain equipment and adhere to workshop safety protocols. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.

Requirements:

Experience operating CNC machinery (ideally in aluminium or glazing sectors). Competence with basic hand tools and fabrication equipment. Ability to read technical drawings and follow production instructions. High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Strong work ethic and reliability. Experience in the aluminium window/door industry is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:30-17:30 (four-day week)
