Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join one of our clients precision manufacturing team within Stockton-On-Tees.
You'll be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or plasma cutters, and ensuring consistent output through careful monitoring and quality checks. This role demands attention to detail, good mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
The production of high quality steel components via the operation of CNC Machining Centres, inclusive of:
Operate CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, or other equipment) according to established procedures. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional specifications. Perform basic machine adjustments, offsets, and tool changes as required. Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety standards and company policies during machine operation. Document production output and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
Experience with CNC milling or lathe machines. Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings A keen eye for detail and good working standard / ethic Operational Hand Tools and magnetic drills.

:Day Shift
- Monday - Thursday 06.00am - 14.15pm Friday 06.00am - 12.45pmBack Shift (If Required)
- Monday - Thursday 14:15pm - 22:30pm Friday 12.45pm - 19:30pmPay Rates:
Starting at 12.37 depending on experience. Shift allowance and overtime available.

Pay: 12.37-13.51 per hour
