Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring the precision and quality of our fabricated products. The CNC Operator will work closely with engineering and production teams to fulfil manufacturing requirements efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce Stone Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to set up machines accurately. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any operational issues. Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment. Utilise hand tools for assembly and finishing tasks as required. Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of CNC operations. Experience in materials handling within a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Proficiency in CAD software Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. Ability to fabricate components using various tools and techniques. Experience with logic controllers is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
