Join Our Growing Precision Engineering Team

We're expanding and seeking a skilled

CNC and/or Manual Machinist

to join our specialist engineering team. This role involves the ultra-precise drilling of holes as small as

0.02mm

in high-precision tooling components--a niche process for which full training will be provided.

While prior experience in this specific application isn't required, a strong foundation in

manual or CNC machining

is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up manual and CNC machines for ultra-fine drilling applications Interpret technical and engineering drawings to ensure precision and assist with project estimates Design and fabricate custom jigs, fixtures, and tooling for specialised components Collaborate within a close-knit, highly skilled team to meet exacting quality standards Support process improvements and assist with wider CNC operations when required

What We're Looking For

Solid background in either manual or CNC machining Comfortable working to tight tolerances and reading technical drawings High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
