We are growing and looking for experienced CNC and/or Manual Machinists to join our skilled engineering team. This position involves highly precise drilling of holes as small as 0.02mm in high-precision tooling components, with comprehensive training provided for this specialized process. While prior experience in this specific application is not required, a strong background in manual or CNC machining is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines for ultra-fine drilling tasks
- Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings to ensure precision and assist with project estimates
- Design and create custom jigs, fixtures, and tooling for specialized components
- Collaborate effectively within a close-knit, highly skilled team to meet stringent quality standards
- Support process improvements and assist with broader CNC operations as needed
