Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer, Setter and Operator to join our dynamic team in Great Britain. This role is vital in ensuring the precision manufacturing of our bespoke load-covering systems, contributing directly to our mission of creating safer and more efficient vehicle solutions.

Responsibilities

Programme, Set up and operate a new 4 axis CNC machinery with Siemen operating software to produce precision components according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate production. Perform routine machine maintenance and quality checks. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime. Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications. Document production activities accurately.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fabrication processes. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
