Main Purpose and Scope of Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a

CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator (Milling)

to join our team. This role involves online and offline programming, setting, and operating of CNC milling machines, ensuring that all components are manufactured and handled in accordance with customer requirements and engineering drawings. Strong familiarity with machining a variety of metals within a precision machining environment is essential.

Within this role you will report directly to the Production Manager.

Knowledge Required

Knowledge of CNC milling machinery setting/operating/programming using online and offline Tooling and fixturing 5S and lean methodology Knowledge of quality Knowledge of materials Knowledge of new product introduction Knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 standards desirable

Qualifications/Experience

Experience within Aerospace & Automotive Experience of APQP / PFMEA Ability to adapt to different CAD/CAM packages Computer literate HNC in mechanical engineering desirable
