Due to continued growth and high demand for our services the company is now looking to recruit a suitable candidate to join our team.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Router/Panel Press Operative to join our team.

The duties include but are not limited to the following.

Operation & set-up of CNC machine daily Loading and unloading of materials Produce drawings / templates using the V-Carve software when required Ensure materials are checked for size, thickness and grade, prior to cutting and inform the Line-Manager of any quality concerns Be responsible for quality of materials that have been cut on the machine. Deliver materials and assemblies to the Fabrication Department and assist them when required Ability to read and understand vehicle specifications and CAD drawings Ensure that materials are produced to the correct specification to meet customer/vehicle requirements Quality checking and fault identification Delivering a high standard of work whilst ensuring deadlines are met Comply with all Health & Safety requirements and standards

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of using V-Carve software (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team to achieve productivity goals Correct use of PPE Physically fit - able to load and unload materials onto the bed of the machines. The role will require good physical strength as carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling will be required Responsible for keeping a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Salary:

27,040 to 33,280 subject to experience

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:15

Friday 07:00 to 13:30
