Job Title: CNC Router & Fibre Laser Operator
About the Role:
IVC Signs is seeking an experienced and driven CNC Operator to join our growing production team. This opportunity arises due to significant investment and expansion within the company. You will play a key role in helping develop and manufacture high-quality signage using advanced CNC machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, set up, and program a 3-axis flatbed CNC router and fibre laser machine
Work with a wide range of materials: aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, acrylic, foam PVC, polycarbonate, and aluminium composite
Use ArtCAM for CNC router programming and SignLAB for CNC waterjet control
Operate additional machines including:
CNC Waterjet Cutter
CNC Laser Cutter (mainly for acrylics)

Read and interpret production drawings to create accurate components
Prepare and select appropriate materials for each job
Ensure accurate fit and high-quality finish of all components
Maintain, clean, and perform basic maintenance on all equipment
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment
Collaborate with the broader production team across various sign-making processes
Requirements:
Proven experience operating CNC routers and fibre laser machines
Competence in using ArtCAM and SignLAB
Strong ability to interpret technical and production drawings
Good numerical and problem-solving skills
Practical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and within a team
A strong commitment to Health & Safety standards
