Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tamworth for a CNC Cutter Grinder. The CNC Cutter Grinder will be responsible for operating CNC grinding machines, ensuring precision and accuracy in the production of special and standard cutting tools. Daily tasks will include setting up and running machines, inspecting finished products using standard and state of the art measuring equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, as well as troubleshooting and working on own initiative.

Qualifications

Experience with CNC grinding machines, specifically Walter, Rollomatic and or ANCA models Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Skills in machine setup. Strong attention to detail and precision in tool production Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or tooling industry We are looking for someone who has already experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic that can hit the ground running in a minimum time frame.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 18.00-20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
