Job Description
CNC Recruitment are seeking for experienced CNC Turning Programmers & Operators to join our dynamic and growing client team in Chard area. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Fanuc-based controls and the ability to program and operate CNC lathes independently. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern machine shop with a highly skilled and energetic team.

Program, set, and operate Fanuc-based CNC turning machines independently. Read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Work to close tolerances and inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months of experience as a CNC Turning Machinist and Programmer using Fanuc-based controls. Strong ability to program and operate CNC lathes unsupervised. Excellent knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Experience in working to tight tolerances and conducting quality inspections. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines. A strong work ethic and positive attitude to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
