Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC lathes to produce precision components in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and experience in cnc turning. The ideal applicant will possess solid technical knowledge and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
Set up, operate, and programme CNC lathes with Fanuc control to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Interpret CAD drawings Select appropriate tooling and materials, ensuring optimal machining parameters are maintained. Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse environment, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. Conduct quality checks on finished components, ensuring adherence to specifications. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment.
Experience
Proven turning operations within a manufacturing setting. programming CNC lathes with Fanuc control Mechanical knowledge related to tooling, materials handling, Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.12-20.00 per hour
