Exciting Job Opening: CNC Turner

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner with proven experience in setting up, operating, and ideally programming Fanuc lathes, with a focus on sliding head machines, to manufacture high-precision components.

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM Location: On-site
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of CNC machinery Basic math skills for accurate measurements Experience working with hand tools and assembly processes Knowledge of fabrication methods and material handling Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks for design tasks Ability to operate PLCs and milling equipment Welding skills are a plus, beneficial for diverse manufacturing projects
Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC turning centers and sliding head lathes to produce precise components Use SolidWorks for designing and modifying parts in accordance with specifications Handle materials and assist with assembly, maintaining quality standards throughout production Leverage mechanical expertise and welding abilities to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues Work collaboratively with team members to improve manufacturing processes and uphold safety standards

Pay: Up to 43,000.00 per year
