We are excited to offer a rare opportunity to join our warm, nurturing, and well-established childminding setting as a

Co-Childminder / Assistant Childminder.

. This is a

professional-level position

working alongside a lead childminder, sharing the responsibility of delivering exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5.

We are looking for a committed, creative, and experienced practitioner who shares our values of love, safety, and excellence in early years.

What You'll Do



Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Provide high-quality, consistent care and emotional support to each child Share responsibility for daily routines including nappy changes, meals, sleep, and hygiene Maintain accurate observations and contribute to assessments and planning Create a safe, clean, and engaging environment indoors and outdoors Communicate effectively with parents and work as a team to maintain high standards Support outings, local groups, and community-based learning experiences

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:



Qualified to at least Level 2 in Early Years/Childcare or willing to work towards

Experienced in early years settings (including nurseries, preschools, or childminding) Naturally warm, attentive, and confident in leading activities independently Reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards of safeguarding and care First Aid trained (or willing to complete training before start date) Confident with EYFS and contributing to planning and learning journeys Has a car and is willing to drive

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
