Role Summary

We are currently looking for a skilled and professional Laser Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering laser-based aesthetic treatments such as

laser hair removal

,

skin rejuvenation

,

pigmentation treatments

, and

vascular lesion reduction

using FDA-cleared devices. You will play a key role in ensuring an excellent client experience while upholding the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform laser hair removal and other non-invasive aesthetic laser treatments using Candela and DEKA platforms Carry out thorough client consultations, skin assessments, and patch testing prior to treatment Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and consent forms Deliver clear aftercare advice and follow-up as needed Ensure treatment rooms and laser equipment are clean, safe, and maintained in line with protocols Comply with clinical, health & safety, and CQC standards Stay informed about treatment developments, safety guidelines, and training opportunities Support reception and other clinic functions when required

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

Level 4 Laser & Light qualification

(e.g. VTCT, CIBTAC or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with laser hair removal or similar aesthetic treatments Familiarity with Candela (GentleMax Pro) and/or DEKA systems preferred Strong understanding of Fitzpatrick skin types and contraindications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Confident, professional appearance and attitude Comfortable using clinic software and digital treatment records

Desirable Skills

Experience with skin resurfacing, pigmentation or vascular treatments Additional qualifications in skin or cosmetic procedures Sales or client consultation experience
