CCS is expanding once again! With our ongoing investment in new premises, cutting-edge equipment, and talented people, we're looking for a

seasoned Team Leader

to join our bespoke van conversions department.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position focused on converting panel vans into highly functional, often specialist vehicles--including work for emergency services, public sector clients, and private businesses. The successful candidate will work alongside a growing team, helping push production to meet deadlines without compromising the quality we're known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example on the shop floor Work with the team to meet build targets and deadlines Educate and mentor junior team members on best practices Maintain attention to detail across all builds Ensure all conversions meet the highest customer expectations Report directly to the Workshop Manager and assist in workflow coordination Contribute to growth strategy as we scale the team and production levels

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in van conversions or coachbuilding Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills Driven to take ownership and pride in the department's performance Enthusiastic about bespoke builds and keen to raise industry standards
