What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of delivery staff across multiple venues.
Support with onboarding and developing team members to meet performance and safeguarding standards.
Monitor session quality and staff delivery, ensuring excellence in every interaction.
Act as a role model - championing our values and high standards in everything you do.
Collaborate with our leadership teams to deliver high-impact school and community programmes.
Track team KPIs and support continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a sport, education, or childcare setting (coaching or delivery background ideal).
Natural leadership qualities - you get the best out of people and lead with clarity and care.
Passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
Organised, reliable, and proactive - you take ownership.
Strong communicator and problem-solver.
