In this Coach Development Manager role, you'll take the lead in shaping the future of coaching, overseeing and quality-assuring development programmes, qualifications and workshops. This is your opportunity to make a lasting difference.
What you will be doing:
Leading and shaping the future of coach development - developing the national coach learning pathway through qualification, workshops and e-learning. Driving quality assurance and workforce development, ensuring everyone meets and drives standards. Building strong partnerships to create initiatives that inspire others and promotes inclusivity, including growing and supporting the number of female coaches across the game.
What we're looking for:
An exceptional communicator and relationship builder that can inspire, influence and connect with people at every level. A self-motivated and organised individual that can thrive in a dynamic environment. An experience leader in coach development, with a strong background in rugby development and hands on experience of delivering learning programmes.
