THE ROLE

We don't want a clipboard coach.

We want a disruptor -- someone hungry to stamp their name on the culture of a gym that's about to explode.

DND GYMS isn't a chain. It's a statement -- no fluff, no mirrors, no pretending.

We're building something different. Raw, results-driven, and real.

You'll be stepping into the ground level of a gym, movement, and brand with serious ambition. Your role will start on the floor, but your impact will reach online, offline, and inside people's transformations.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Lead BLACKOUT -- our signature underground-style group training experience (music, dim lights, energy ) Deliver transformation programmes (in gym and online) Coach 1:1 & small group sessions Bring real accountability and connection to every member Be involved in online portal content (video guides, live Zooms, check-ins) Contribute to marketing, events, and culture Help us build out Fleetwood's first real movement gym
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're more than qualified. You're respected. And you've got that rare combination of:

? Level 2 PT (Level 3 preferred) ? 2+ years experience coaching in the trenches ? You get results AND build relationships ? You love raw energy, gritty spaces, and real talk ? You've got a head for systems, structure, and simplicity ? You're excited to contribute ideas -- not just show up and follow a plan ? You're active on social, confident on camera, and have a story to tell
Extra points if you've ever:

Delivered transformation/bootcamp/coaching-style programmes Created fitness content, vlogs, or led groups outside the gym Lived through your own transformation or struggle
WHAT YOU GET
