Johnsons are one of the leading Coach companies in the Midlands with a thriving, successful Coach Hire Department.

We are looking for a vibrant, bubbly, proactive person to work in our existing very successful Sales team.

Our busy department hires our vehicles to all manner of clients from social groups to Schools & Universities to Corporate Clients to Holiday Organisers, and many more.

Our Coach Hire Sales Consultants, work closely with our clients to offer the best solutions for their requirements and provide prompt responses to their needs. Every hire is unique and our Sales team provide a bespoke offer for each enquiry. We have a large fleet of coaches to keep busy and are looking for someone with enthusiasm, determination, flexible thinking and a focus on customer service to drive sales.

Coach Hire Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:



Quoting, Chasing, & Winning Coach Hire Sales to a range of clients, including long-term contracting Analyse resources & forecast demand, using Yield Management to obtain the beneficial outcomes. Liaise with our clients, to offer the best range of solutions & consequent pricing options to our clients. Close relationship with the Operations Department to gauge availability Build & nurture Client relationships to achieve repeat business. Improve the company profile & reputation to encourage referrals. Liaise & communicate with the client. Research and pursue potential new & lapsed Clients. Attend team meetings & share best practice with colleagues. Collate sales performance indicators, including conversion rates. Supporting the rest of the Private Hire Team. Provide Operational on-the-ground support for large Coach Hire events. Other duties related to the coach hire department but not specifically listed above.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-29,131.00 per year
