What do you need to succeed as a Field Based Sales Consultant?

Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven. Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise Holds a valid driver's license (You will operate a van.)

What does the Field Based Sales Consultant involve?

Covering multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty! Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can! Building and maintaining the relationships with the customers to ensure we keep their repeat business. Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure we're being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.
