The Role

We're looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Coach to join our gang on a self-employed basis, working with clients across sectors including manufacturing, defence, motorsport, finance, online retail, and steel.


You'll be on-site with clients, working shoulder to shoulder with their teams to help individuals become more capable, confident, and engaged -- not by telling them what to do, but by coaching them to find their own solutions.

What You'll Do

Coach small groups of coachees on-site through our unique 12-step SOE framework over a 14-week deployment Observe, listen, and ask great questions that help others think and grow Empower coachees to build their own answers rather than giving them the solution Collaborate with fellow coaches and report to the Delivery Director, supporting each other every step of the way

What You'll Bring

Around 10+ years' experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Transformation, ideally across manufacturing or other complex industries A deep understanding of how operations and people connect A genuine coaching mindset -- you enable, not instruct Curiosity, humility, and strong listening skills A willingness to learn and apply the Unleash & Engage coaching style, which is proudly different from traditional consultancy The ability to articulate your own coaching approach -- what it means to you and how you make it work
