A high-performing 11-18 secondary school in Leicestershire is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Computer Science to join its expanding STEM faculty from January 2026.

The Department
Lessons are delivered in a modern ICT suite with high-spec hardware and coding software including Python, Java and Scratch. Students engage with robotics, game design, and AI-based projects, and many progress to computer science degrees and apprenticeships.
The Role

Teach Computer Science across KS3-KS5.
Contribute to curriculum design and assessment innovation.
Support enrichment clubs such as Coding Club or eSports.
Engage in wider STEM initiatives and partnerships.

About You

QTS or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related subject.
Strong subject knowledge in programming and computing theory.
Enthusiastic about engaging students in digital creativity.
Organised, reflective and keen to stay current in the field.
