Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure health standards are met. Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanour with the ability to work well in a team setting while also being capable of working independently when required. Pay: 12.42-20.00 per hour
