About Us

We are a new kitchen and hi-fi bar in Shoreditch, East London, and we're looking for talented Bartenders to join our dynamic team. Our venue combines great food, music, and a vibrant atmosphere.

As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting a wide variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to our seasonally changing Signature Menu. You'll work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We're looking for someone who has proficient knowledge in classic cocktails, has a passion for mixology, and thrives in an engaging customer environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drink Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits to the highest standards.

Customer Service:

Vibrantly engage with guests, and provide a warm and friendly service experience.

Bar Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and ensure all bar equipment is in proper working condition.

Menu Knowledge:

Have a thorough understanding of our menu/specs, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide thoughtful recommendations and contribute to the overall experience.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or cocktail lounge. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and drink-making techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a fast-paced team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
