The Senior Cocktail bartender gives the best customer experience through their drinks and service skills. A knowledge of premium cocktails and spirits is preferable within this role.

Tasks are:-

Maintain service quality & customer satisfaction Guide & support the team during service Preparing & serving cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages. High standard of cleanliness of the bar Work with the door staff to control customer reservations Cashing up the till before & after a shift. Working closely with the owner regarding administration tasks like rotas. Managing the social media platforms with regular posts and communication with guests.
Hourly pay will reflect experience & performance.

Qualifications

Cocktail Bartending experience is essential however extra training will be given. Proficiency in serving drinks Strong hospitality skills Ability to perform basic math calculations with or without a calculator Excellent time management skills

Shift Patterns

Friday and Saturday availability is required with flexibility on administrative tasks.
