Job Description

We're on the hunt for a full-time and a part-time cocktail bartender to join our team at The Lower Third cocktail bar, and our soon-to-open ultra-lux underground cocktail lounge. Beverage director Shannon Tebay has created a world-class cocktail menu for our neighbourhood bar, centrally located in Soho.

You will be expected to:Craft cocktails and all other beverage offerings consistently and at the expected standards of hotel quality Contribute creatively during phases of menu development under the guidance of the bar manager and beverage director Prepare the bar for service prior to opening while informing manager/supervisor of anything requiring attention Work at speed whilst maintaining a clean and efficient high-volume operation Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization according to cleaning schedules and ongoing diligence during service, set-up, and break-down Take and deliver orders, issuing, and collecting payments using a POS systems, both behind the bar and on the floor Work as a team to achieve targets whilst contributing to a supportive and fun working environment.
We require:High standards on service with an in-depth understanding of spirits along with strong classic cocktail knowledge
Pay:Bartender 14/hour plus service /tronc (averaging an hourly rate of 16-18 total)
