Summary

We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our dynamic team at Signature Group. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in mixology and customer interaction will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our venues.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking drink orders efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a welcoming environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
