As a Mixologist, you will create exceptional drinks that enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued.

Duties

Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and seasonal ingredients to offer innovative drink specials. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels to minimise waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in mixology and cocktail making is a must, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
