As a Cocktail Server, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests in our bar, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded. From welcoming arrivals with a genuine smile to delivering crafted drinks and sharing the stories behind them, you will create a bar experience that reflects Nobu's signature blend of luxury, creativity and hospitality.

You will

Warmly greet and host guests, creating a memorable first impression Be fully conversant with the cocktail menu and share the story behind each drink Support the bar team including bartenders and bar captains Maintain full knowledge of the food menu to answer guest queries Anticipate guest needs and provide a crafted, personalised experience Handle guest feedback with confidence and resolve issues discreetly Assist with reservations, note VIP or high profile guests, and prepare accordingly Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a seamless team environment Support, train and welcome new team members into the bar team Uphold Nobu standards of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction

What We're Looking For

You bring experience in a guest facing bar or restaurant role, ideally within luxury hospitality. You are passionate about cocktails and guest service, with the confidence to engage guests and share your knowledge. With strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit, you create memorable moments and thrive in a dynamic bar environment.
