Our Cyder Bar Manager

As our estate continues to grow and evolve,with exciting new projects on the horizon,we need an experienced and resilient leader. You'll steer our flagship Cyder Bar and its sister outlets (Gelateria,Winter Garden and pop-ups). This role is rooted in the outdoors,requiring you to inspire and guide your team with high service levels and smiles through all conditions,celebrating the seasonal charm of the estate-- ensuring outstanding,efficient and friendly service all year round. From setting the standard of warm guest welcomes to owning the P&L,stock,hygiene and compliance,you'll keep service levels exceptional and inspire your team through every season.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across the Cyder Bar,Gelateria,Winter Garden and event pop-ups Champion guest experience:welcome warmly,manage feedback and refine offerings Uphold impeccable standards of service,hygiene,safety and compliance Recruit,train,mentor and motivate a team of 12-20,including leaders and seasonal staff Run daily briefs,set clear standards and lead from the front across all seasons Manage stock,equipment and cleanliness to ensure efficiency and readiness Own departmental P&L; analyse sales,set targets and optimise revenue Drive profitability through seasonal initiatives,F&B activations and awareness of competitors

What we're looking for

Confident,visible leader with a hands-on style and strong interpersonal skills Professional,resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced,guest-focused environment Proven experience managing high-volume,quality cafe/restaurant operations Strong

barista skills

,with the ability to train and develop others Excellent organisation,time management and communication Financial acumen:P&L ownership,sales analysis and target setting Knowledge of

stock control

and inventory management Track record of leading,motivating and developing teams (including seasonal) Desirable:experience managing
