The Role



We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Bar Manager

to oversee the daily running of the bar and front-of-house operations. This is a hands-on role where you will be leading service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the high standards of hospitality we are known for.

The successful candidate will be personable, organised, and confident in leading a team, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for. We will be looking for this role to commence from Mid October 2025.

Key Responsibilities



Leading service and managing day-to-day operations. Preparing and serving drinks (wine, cocktails, coffee, beer) to a high standard. Preparing and serving light food items. Working front of house and delivering excellent guest experiences. Managing, training, and supporting junior staff, leading by example. Overseeing stock rotation and writing order lists. Maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of the bar. Handling cash and overseeing daily reconciliations. Taking part in events, tastings, and staff training as required.

Hours & Availability



20-35 hours per week. We can be very flexible on hours for the correct candidate. Regular operating days:

Wednesday-Sunday

. Occasional Monday/Tuesday openings for private functions and peak trading times (Summer holidays, Lanimer Week, December). Weekend and evening availability is essential. Flexibility is offered, with at least

one Saturday off per month guaranteed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.75-14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
