Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Barista to join one of our London teams on a part time basis. Working hours are Monday 08.00-14.30, Tuesday 08.00-14.30, Wednesday 06.30-15.00 and Friday 07.00-15.30. As part of our Front of house team, you are the face of our business, your friendly approach and willingness to provide a fantastic service at all times is what makes you an integral part of our company. The ideal candidate will:

have a genuine interest in serving great food & beverage, enjoy promoting and selling our products, have excellent customer service skills, a friendly manner and great attitude, be a proactive and organised individual to look after our Coffee Bar, a good standard of personal hygiene and, fantastic communication skills with a range of different people.

hot drinks preparation, serving food, promoting a new product, dealing with customers, till work, personal training and development

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Essential Steady employment record to date. Coffee making experience. Customer service experience. Ability to communicate in basic written and spoken English. Good organisational skills. Numerate: counting cash may be required. Manual dexterity for quick, skillful handwork. Ability to remember prices, simple mental arithmetic. Smart , clean appearance. Friendly, pleasant personality. Reliable. Respectful and able to gain respect. Desirable Food hygiene certificate. Barista trained. Ability to display passion for food and service. Ability to work with own initiative. Ability to plan ahead. Cash till experience. Keen to continue self development within current role and ambition for further promotion or growth

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.22 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
