What we are looking for in a Barista Supervisor
Someone that is ambitious and wants to grow with us
Train all members of the Barista team
Have an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoys talking to customers
Respond to orders, questions and concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
The ability to take responsibility
Reliable and trustworthy
Understand the value of paying attention to details
Strong ability to multi-task
Able to work quickly, calmly and efficiently during busy periods
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexibility to work early morning, evening and weekend shifts
Barista Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food, coffee, tea and other drinks
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Respond to orders, questions and concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
Naturally seeks out tasks during quieter periods
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments
Serve customers quickly and efficiently while delivering a great customer service
Ensuring the coffee shop is clean, tidy and well stocked whenever possible
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offering
Must clean the restroom and preparation areas throughout their shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
Experience:
Barista experience: 1 year (required)
customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Management: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
