We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe during busy periods. Previous experience is a MUST unless very keen to learn and grow in the company .

Duties

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to at all times Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic maths skills Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas throughout shifts Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when required Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service Restock supplies as needed to keep the cafe fully operational Uphold brand standards in appearance, attitude, and service delivery at all times

Requirements

Previous experience as a

The cafe is located in St John's Wood and operates with an Italian concept. You will be working alongside two additional staff members and the owner. The cafe has recently opened and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

The position is part-time, with availability required on weekends and one weekday. Immediate availability is preferred.

We are seeking candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and keen to grow with the business. Flexibility with working days is essential. Only suitable candidates will be considered.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
