The role:

The Technical and Warehouse Manager is a key role within our Operations Department. This hands-on position is responsible for the overall management of the workshop, parts and goods, including providing technical support to internal team and customers, machine set up, reconditioning, diagnostics and repairs. The Technical and Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and continuously improving processes within their area to enhance efficiency and support company growth. Responsibilities:

Machines-

Bench test and set up new equipment, repairing machines and diagnosing faults, refurbishing equipment and managing stock and storage of new and refurbished machines

Internal Technical Support-

Be the on-site adviser on all things technical. Assist customers with technical faults via phone, email, video and remote access, support Service Desk with technical knowledge & parts advice and provide on-site support with large or high value installations and other on site support when required.

Warehouse-

Management of the Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor to ensure the warehouse is organised, clean and tidy and in accordance with company and H&S policies, including conducting regular reviews. Oversight of parts ordering and stock holding and distribution to Engineers.

Management-

Continually monitor processes, proactively driving efficiency by improving processes to support company growth, responsibility for compliance with full H&S regulations. Responsibility to refining and updating relevant processes, machine set-up and other processes in relation to the role.

About you:

Ideally you will have:

Minimum 2 years bean-to-cup or vending machine technical experience Proven experience of digital setup and remote machine access Attention to detail and high service standards Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work independently to tight deadlines A strong work ethic Self-motivated, proactive and reliable Current Driving License A passion for all things coffee
