We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coffee Machine Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of machinery and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role is essential in maintaining our production efficiency and quality standards.

Duties

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various types of machinery to ensure they operate efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in machine performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance metrics. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while working on machinery. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as required. Train junior technicians or apprentices on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Machine Technician or similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to machinery operation. Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or a related field are advantageous.
