What you'll be doing

Lead the coffee station and barista team Prepare exceptional coffee and drinks consistently & at pace Dial in and maintain

Eversys machines

Train baristas and coach the FOH team on drink standards Maintain stock, cleanliness, and organisation Support great service with warmth and personality

What we're looking for

Confident and experienced using

Eversys machines

Skilled in coffee extraction, milk texturing & drink presentation Strong leadership & communication skills Full-time availability (45 hours per week) Passion for real food, great coffee, and sustainability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 45,000.00 per year
