We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant coffee shop. Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development. Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction. Collaborate with suppliers to source quality ingredients while managing costs effectively.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving. Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with barista techniques and coffee preparation is an advantage. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Experience in kitchen operations or hotel environments will be beneficial. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service are crucial for success in this role.
