We are looking for a Coffee Production Specialist to join our team and help us continue delivering excellence.

Role Overview:

As a Coffee Production Specialist, you will oversee the daily operations of coffee roasting and production, ensuring that each batch meets our high standards of quality, consistency, and safety. You'll work closely with the roasting team, quality control staff, and supply chain managers to maintain smooth production and uphold our brand's reputation for outstanding coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor roasting equipment, grinders, and packaging machinery. Maintain strict quality control throughout the production process. Track inventory levels and assist with stock management. Ensure all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met. Collaborate with the roasting and sourcing teams to refine profiles and production processes. Support process improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.

About You:

Experience in coffee roasting, production, or food/beverage manufacturing preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Good knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety standards. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on role.

Hours

Your usual hours will be from 8.00 - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. However, you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the company.
