Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various power and hand tools, as well as a background in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedules. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any issues that arise. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during the assembly process.

Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding assembly processes. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is required for effective performance in this role. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
