Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our friendly team at The Garden Room, located within Lakeside Garden Centre, Crockerton Shopping Centre, Warminster BA12 8AP

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service - Taking orders and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for all customers. Beverage Preparation - Making and serving a range of hot and cold drinks. Food Service - Assisting with breakfast and lunch service. Maintaining Cleanliness - Clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Payment Handling - Operating the point-of-sale system and managing cash/card payments. Teamwork & Initiative - Working both independently and as part of a busy, supportive team.
The ideal candidate will be: Reliable and punctual, Detail-oriented, Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, Friendly and approachable

Weekly Average: 30.75 hours

Week 1-Monday 9.00am-4.30pm, Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm, Sunday 10.00am-4.30pm

Week 2-Monday 9.00am-4.30pm, Tuesday 9.00am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm, Saturday 9am-4.30pm

Week 3- Monday 9.00am-4.30pm, Tuesday 9.00am-5.00pm, Thursday 8.30am-5pm

Week 4- Monday 9.00am-4.30am, Tuesday 9.00am-4.30pm, Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm, Friday 9.00am-4.30pm, Saturday 9am-4.30pm

Job Type: Part-time
