We're looking for a friendly and experienced coffee shop worker to join our team in Alperton!

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and light refreshments in accordance with company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with food preparation tasks, including handling baked goods and snacks. Maintain cleanliness of the shop area, including counters, equipment, and seating arrangements. Support stock management by replenishing supplies and organising storage areas. Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system efficiently. Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by engaging positively with customers and team members.

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is preferred. Barista experience is highly desirable, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures is advantageous. Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe setting will be beneficial. A friendly attitude combined with excellent organisational skills is essential for success in this role.
