We are seeking a friendly and efficient Coffee Shop Assistant to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company standards Assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter, seating area, and kitchen space Support food preparation tasks as required, including assembling snacks or light meals Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred; restaurant or barista experience is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work well within a team and independently when required Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary A genuine interest in food preparation and customer service
