Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Your expertise in coffee preparation and food safety will ensure that each customer enjoys their experience to the fullest.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring all items are presented attractively. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders are required. 18-20 years old 10.00 per hour

16-17 years old 7.55 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
